We're looking for a dedicated and passionate travel advisor to join our Inside Sales Team.
This key role goes beyond booking travel—it focuses on delivering exceptional client care throughout the entire journey, ensuring our agency and VIP clients receive personalized, thoughtful attention before, during, and after their trips.
Key Responsibilities:● Engage with clients through consultative, friendly conversations to understand their travel desires and needs.● Provide tailored destination advice and craft personalized travel itineraries that align with client preferences.● Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with precision and care.● Deliver ongoing client care including handling pre-trip preparations, coordinating special requests, and supporting clients throughout their travel experience.● Detailed & accurate record keeping of all aspects of client travel including: VCRM, Travefy, Spreadsheets, Sales Team Planner Kanban board, Call log (client & supplier)● Follow up post-trip to gather feedback, nurture long-term relationships, and encourage client loyalty.● Manage multiple client requests efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and responsiveness.● Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure seamless client experiences in a fast-paced environment.● Stay current with product knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and activities to provide expert guidance.● Rotating On Call for client in travel emergencies (define & compensation)● Other tasks designated by leadership for this role
Required Skills & Qualifications:● Personal Europe travel experience preferred and/or Extensive personal experience selling Europe.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.● Strong listening and empathy skills to truly understand and anticipate client needs.● Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.● Comfortable with all technology aspects including Microsoft 365 suite of products (Excel experience is required)● Passionate about travel and committed to delivering outstanding client service beyond booking.● Comfortable working collaboratively within a dynamic, supportive team environment.
