Colleen grew up in upstate NY and currently resides in Lake Saint Louis, MO, a suburb of St Louis. She has been an educator for 22 years and currently works at St. Charles Community College in the education department. Like so many people, she loves to travel and finding Sojourney Travel on social media sparked a definite interest in planning travel.

Growing up, Colleen’s love of travel started early when she took yearly trips with her family to the beaches of Ocean City, MD. She has continued her beach trips with her own family biyearly to Florida, the Gulf. She has traveled to various US destinations and plans to extend her travel to Europe soon.

Colleen and her husband Ken married in 2008. She has four children ages, 22, 19, 12 and 11. Do not forget her lab, Lucy! Raising four kids made travel more challenging at the beginning, but bi-yearly beach trips, trips to see family in NY and NC were never missed. She enjoyed getting away with girlfriends to Boston, Vegas and closer to home trips to the Ozarks. In the past few years, Colleen and Ken have enjoyed quick getaway concert trips.
