Halloween Horror Nights is an annual event that brings Universal Park fans from all around the world! 🌙🎢 From the moment you step foot inside, you'll be immersed in a heart pounding experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the last scream! With cutting-edge special effects and Hollywood-quality sets, you'll feel like you've walked right into your favorite horror flicks. 💀🎥 Happening on select nights from September 1st until November 4th, the event starts at 6:30 and lasts until 2 am. While this may sound like a long night, Universal packs the park full of a variety of attractions that will make the night fly by. Here just a few of the many reasons you should mark your calendars for this event.
🚨 The question is, can you handle the terror? 🚨 Join us if you dare, and unleash your darkest fears in this epic haunted extravaganza, filled with hair-raising mazes, heart-stopping scare zones, and mind-bending live shows that will leave you trembling with delight. 💀😱
Haunted Houses
Located all throughout the park, these haunted houses are themed after different horror movie franchises, TV shows, and even video games. As you step into each of the houses, you will be mesmerized by the amount of detail that has been poured into each and every house. That said, these houses are not for the faint of heart! Be prepared to find unrecognizable actors in costume as you make your way through the houses.
As Halloween Horror Nights continues to grow, so does the number of Haunted houses. This year there are 10 confirmed houses. Two of which have already been announced: The Last of Us and Stranger Things. However, as we get closer to September, Universal will reveal more information.
Scare Zones
This year Universal Orlando has confirmed 5 sinister Scare Zones to add to the excitement. If you think you can relax outside of the haunted houses, you’re dead wrong. These scare zones are filled with scare actors that are ready and waiting to make their next move. Whether you enjoy being scared, or find pleasure in watching others get scared, you will not want to miss out on these beloved scare zones.
Live Entertainment
Halloween Horror Nights simply wouldn’t be complete without some live entertainment. These shows are a great way to relax and rest those feet.
The Rides!
Want to find another way to scream? Just hop on one of the park’s most thrilling rides and attractions that will be open during this event, including Transformers: The Ride 3D, Revenge of the Mummy, Hollywood Rip Ride Rock It, Men in Black - Alien Attack, and Harry Potter Escape from Gringotts.
Spooktacular Food and Drinks!
Feed your fear at select dining locations throughout the night as you will find some booths featuring food themed to the different houses. There are also specialty drinks you can only find during this event.
