Lisa is a northeast Ohio native with many passions and a strong love for travel. Some of her favorite memories are trips with her family. She is always researching new destinations and looking for unique ways to help you immerse yourself in the local culture and family history. When she’s not researching travel, she is helping with her grandchildren, capturing memories behind the camera, and learning how to speak Italian.

She’s been married to Mark since 2010. Together they have 6 kids, 9 grandchildren, and 1 dog. They also had the privilege of hosting an exchange student from Italy in 2021 and they recently visited her in Agrigento, Sicily.

Genealogy is a big passion of Lisa’s that she started in 6th grade. Lisa’s journey took an unforgettable turn when she ventured to the town in Italy where her grandmother's story began. Stepping onto those storied streets, she felt a deep sense of connection to her roots. It was a transformative experience, one that ignited a passion for the Italian language and culture that she immerses herself in daily. She remains connected to her family and friends in Italy.
