What to Bring:
● Business cards if you have them! Suppliers sometimes have giveaways at the trade show and your business card is your entry form● Phone, tablet, and/or laptop ● Charger cables & portable batteries for your devices - (there most likely won't be enough outlets near your seat to plug into when your device gets low)● Light weight sweater - in case it gets cool in the room● Comfy shoes ● Mints/gum - for those after your meal chats with suppliers and friends● Reusable water bottle - we will have water bottles available but if you want to keep it cooler this could help● Snacks - we will have snacks available but if you want specific items (dietary needs or health preferences) pack a few of your own

● Saturday daytime - Business casual● Saturday evening - Dinner & Awards Ceremony - No pressure! Award recipients will each be photographed.● Sunday - Casual. Wear your Sojourney t-shirts if you have one

When should I book my return flight?
Afternoon sessions end at 3:00 on Sunday.
What should I do if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
There is a section on the registration form to specify any food allergies or dietary needs to ensure we accommodate you appropriately during the event.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable.
Has internet connectivity been addressed at this venue?
Yes, James Madison Conference Center has had an internet overhaul in the facility.
I'm new, will I feel out of place or like the new kid in town?
Everyone was new at some point so we've all been there. But many of our advisors have spoken up about how they felt welcomed and included from the very beginning!!
What happens during Friday sessions?
This year for our Friday sessions we've built in some time to mingle and get to know one another as well as some pretty great breakout sessions to learn more on specific topics. More details to come.
What happens during early arrivals dinner?
We normally have a brief presentation by the supplier(s) sponsoring the dinner and then lots of time to visit and get to know one another a little better & enjoy a yummy meal.
What does the plus one ticket price cover?
Plus one tickets cover all six meals for your guest. Advisor meals are all sponsored by a supplier.
