A collaborative event between Sojourney Travel, independent contractors, and our preferred suppliers. A weekend filled with food, fun, education, and fellowship while learning how we can better serve our mutual clients and each other.
Collective is Sojourney's annual advisor gathering, bringing our community together to learn, connect, and grow alongside each other and our partner suppliers. Each year builds on the last, and 2027 continues that momentum with a full agenda designed to strengthen your business and your relationships within Sojourney. Plan to join us for the entire event so you can get the full value of every session and every connection made throughout the weekend.

Attendance Expectations:
Full attendance for the entire event is expected, from the opening session through the closing gathering. Suppliers invest in Collective with the expectation of engaging with the full group, and consistent attendance is part of honoring that partnership. Each session also offers real value on its own, and the relationships built across the full weekend are part of what makes being present together matter.
If you have a scheduling conflict you know about in advance, send the details to moc.levartyenruojos%40reganam so we can review it together ahead of time. Requests submitted before the event allow us to plan accordingly; we're unable to accommodate schedule changes once Collective begins.
Registration Details
Registration for Collective 2027 closes on January 31st, and pricing increases in three tiers as that deadline approaches. Register early to lock in the lowest cost.

● Friday and Saturday daytime sessions call for business casual. ● Saturday evening's awards dinner is not formal but most everyone dresses up.● Sunday wraps up the weekend in your Sojourney t-shirt and jeans.

When does registration close?
Final registration closes January 31st.
Does registering earlier save money?
Yes. Pricing increases as spots fill, so registering earlier gets you a lower rate. Click here to view details..
Can I attend part of the weekend instead of the whole thing?
No. Collective is a full-weekend commitment, Friday through Sunday afternoon. Partial attendance isn't available.

Can I bring a Plus One?
Plus Ones are welcome as space allows. Sojourney advisors have priority if space is limited.
Does my Plus One need to commit to the full weekend too?
No. The full-weekend commitment applies to advisors only, your Plus One can attend as much or as little as makes sense for them.
Will the Friday Birthday dinner be included?
Friday dinner is included but Friday Classes/Labs are an additional ticket price. You'll be asked during registration whether you (and your Plus One, if applicable) plan to attend Friday dinner for our catering headcount.
What if I have food allergies or dietary preferences?
There's a spot on the registration form to note any allergies or preferences so we can plan catering accordingly.
Do I need to book my own hotel room?
Yes, advisors handle their own hotel booking. We use registration responses to decide whether a room block makes sense each year at the hotels utilized.
Can you help me find a roommate?
If you note on the form that you're looking for a roommate, we'll connect you with another advisor who's also looking. We don't assign roommates, you'll coordinate directly once connected.
I live locally, do I need to stay at a hotel?
No. You can indicate on the form that you'll be staying at home instead.
How far is the venue from the airport?
James Madison Event Center is about 63 miles from Atlanta airport, roughly a 1-hour drive, though traffic can add significant time. Build in a buffer on both ends for arrival and your return flight.
